Self-Released Music
COCO FERNÁNDEZ's three CDs kick off this new section. A space on Koshkil Records to showcase music produced and released by the musicians themselves in various physical formats (CDs and vinyl), without the backing of a record label, and which, for various reasons, has been forgotten.
These SELF-RELEASED MUSIC, selected according to our label's own criteria, will be published digitally and hosted exclusively on our digital platforms, Bandcamp and YouTube, unless they have already been independently uploaded to YouTube by the musicians or their heirs.
100% of the profits from physical and digital Bandcamp sales will go to the musicians or their heirs.
With this initiative, we wish to highlight, value, and preserve the work, effort, and dedication of a select group of artists who have chosen the art of music as an expression and way of life to tell stories, convey feelings, emotions, and more.

STATUTES
CHAPTER I
NAME, PURPOSES, ADDRESS AND SCOPE
Article 1. With the name "KOSHKIL CULTURAL ASSOCIATION" an Association is constituted with legal personality and full capacity to act, not for profit, under the protection of Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22nd, and complementary regulations.
Article 2. The Association is constituted for an indefinite period.
Article 3. Purposes of the Association:
a) Promote cultural activities around jazz, improvised and newly created music (concerts, artist exchanges, etc.)
b) Generate creative spaces, such as artistic residencies.
c) Promote pedagogical activities around these types of music (workshops, masterclasses, etc.)
d) Disseminate works related to the purposes of this Association through publications of magazines, books, records, and others, relative to the performing, musical and
audiovisual arts.
Article 4. The Association establishes its registered office at Calle Mar Menor 12, 3º C - Madrid 28033.
The scope of action in which the activities of the Association will be mainly developed will be the Spanish territory, with special attention to the Community of Madrid.
