"Cortaron tantas lenguas y no silenciaron a nadie"
Rita del Valle Cejas (Bimma Olka) a memory of the Kakán language. All songs composed by Kilimanjaro.

By chance or not, “Kilimanjaro” —the chosen word —evokes the gathering of four musicians, rooted in the Southern Cone, with all its daily wonders and marvels. This reference to a specific, distant place becomes as mysterious as the sound created by this powerful quartet. It is the exotic mountain calling to our mountain, and in the midst of the dream, countless voices find their resonance device and distinct tone. The mountain sings, and it is not the afterlife.

«A group of sound explorers traces a free and incidental itinerary through landscapes, spaces, textures, rhythms. For their journey, they use certain instruments that sound not only as themselves, but also as expanded objects. Spoiler: At the end of the way, they reach the heart of the volcano. #Fabián Lebenglik, Argentine Editor and Critic.
